Made myself a little folding table for ultra neat French folded books! I may have a freakish amount of tools, but Im not too good at carpentry, so I’m really proud that this worked out!
My Lovely Dad went to Cuba earlier this year on a Photography trip with his Camera Club, take a look at his FlickR, and brought me back the most amazing Coffee! Straight from the farm, bought in recycled plastic water bottles, and ground fresh! What a treat!! SO sweet and dark, Thankyou Daddio!
Who ever ‘designed’ this gorgeous daffodil is a genius! Hands down the most gorgeous one I’ve seen ever!
Tomorrow, We have a ‘Portfolio’ Clinic with some great company’s coming up to uni to take a look at our work and help us with a Mock Interveiw.
Of COURSE, none of us have much work to show, and what we do have, hasn’t been printed on time!
However, I managed to put together a new version of my Design CV! Here it is!

In the interest of organisation… I today painted myself a giant (3” x 6”) magnetic blackboard, on my studio wall, to house my excessive list making!! Can’t wait until the morning to remove the masking tape and reveal its true glory!
SPORTS DAY FUNDRAISER!
A group of students, including myself, are getting involved in an exhibition around the theme of SPORTS DAY, we have each been given a team colour and sport!
Here is mine… a sneeky peak of whats to come! There will be a silent auction of 35 pieces of one off art work!

My incredible boyfriend is not only good at kicking things (he’s a thai boxing instructor) and removing giant spiders… but he has a math’s degree which solved all my head scratching!! Im currently making a spinning recipe card… very intricate and confusing.. but he taught me how to use maths! How clever! Watch this space for the final outcome, should be a typographic piece of mathematical genius!

Today, we were taken to London on a VERY slow coach! Totally worth it to go to the V&A and the Natural History Museum! We saw this being constructed whilst we were at the V&A, its their Christmas tree… (glad someone else has theirs up nice and early!) its made of hundreds of elastic strands, separated into bundles of six or so, tied at random points and stretched into shapes with slotted rings! So simple and clever!! I was mesmerised by the process!
I have gone CHRISTMAS mad this season…. Just put up my GORGEOUS christmas tree.. (even if I say so myself!), I have always loved glitter and christmas, so this year has been a huge ball of glittering birds, toys, presents and angels! I can only expect there is more to come…..
